After a good amount of work going between Maya and UnReal. This is what I have so far.
The main issue was establishing a workflow between Maya, UnReal, and Bridge. I found the assets pretty easily. I modeled the platform asset myself. I wasn't too keen on modeling this myself, but I figure it would work out and fit the style of platform in the reference image.
I also worked out the platform that the troops/spacecraft would stand on. I figure as long a sit sits above the snow, it will look fine as far as placement goes.
I still have to texture the platform, bring in the other assets, and fig out the final camera angle. However I do feel it's headed in the right direction.
